Goals and Objectives

- Objective 1: Over a three-year period, 80% or more of the Dietetic Interns admitted will successfully complete the Dietetic Internship Program within 15 months from time of admission (150% of length of program).
For three year period (2016-2018) Graduation rate was 97.9%
- Objective 2: Over a three year period, 100% of the program graduates take the CDR credentialing for dietitian nutritionists within 12 months of program completion.
For the three year period (2016-2019) 100% of interns sat for the Registration Examination for Dietitians within 12 months of program completion.
- Objective 3: Over a three-year period, Dietetic Internship Programs one-year pass rate (graduates who pass the registration exam within one year of first attempt) on the CDR credentialing exam for dietitian nutritionists is at least 80%.
For the three year period (2016-2018) 97.8% successfully sat for the Registration Examination within the first year following graduation.
- Objective 4: Over a three-year period, of graduates who seek employment, 100% of Dietetic Internship Program graduates will be employed within 12 months of program completion.
For the three year period (2016-2018) 11% of the interns were employed at graduation; 68.9% by 3 months post-graduation, by six months post- graduation 95.6% were employed and by 12 months post-graduation 100% were employed.
- Objective 5: Over a three-year period, 80% or more of the Dietetic Internship Program graduates will report satisfaction with preparation provided by the Dietetic Internship Program for their first professional position on the 1-year post graduation survey.
For the three year period (2016-2018) 80% of those who responded agreed or strongly agreed that they were well-prepared for their first position.
- Objective 6: 80% or more of the employers of Dietetic Internship Program graduates, who respond to the 1-year post graduation survey, will report themselves satisfied with the preparation of the entry-level dietitian.
For the three year period (2016-2018) 100% of the employers who responded agreed or strongly agreed that program graduates were well-prepared.
- Objective 1 - 50% of the graduates of the Dietetic Internship Program, for whom we have data, will find employment in the state of Indiana within the first year following graduation as calculated within each five-year period.
For the three year period (2016-2018) 51% of the graduates of the Dietetic Internship Program for whom we have data found employment in Indiana for their first professional position.
