Summary of Effectiveness: The program met the benchmark for the classes of 2023, 2024, and 2025 in the outcome measures of preceptor evaluation of student professional behavior and faculty leadership engagement. The program added a new outcome measure regarding student participation in service/advocacy events. The program exceeded the program-defined benchmark for the classes of 2024 and 2025. The program is meeting the goal of "Promote a Culture of Professionalism, Leadership, and Advocacy" for the past three graduated cohorts.
